What You Get With Every
Roof Inspection
We don’t just “take a look.” We run through a thorough checklist based on years of experience in the field — and we’ll explain everything we find in plain language, not technical jargon.
Here’s what we’re checking for:
On the Roof:
- Missing, curled, cracked, or damaged shingles.
- Soft spots or sagging in the decking.
- Exposed nails or popped fasteners.
- Granule loss and shingle aging.
- Flashing and chimney integrity.
- Roof ventilation and ridge vent condition.
- Pipe boots, plumbing vents, and attic fans.
At the Roof’s Edge:
- Gutter condition and slope.
- Water stains or streaks.
- Fascia and soffit rot or separation.
- Drip edge visibility and corrosion.
Inside the Home:
- Ceiling stains or water spots.
- Mold or mildew odor.
- Attic moisture and insulation status.
When Should You Get a Roof Inspection?
You don’t have to wait for visible damage. Adam recommends scheduling a roof inspection if:
You’ve had recent hail or wind in your area.
Your roof is more than 10 years old.
You’re buying or selling a home.
You haven’t had your roof checked in the last 2–3 years.
You’re worried and want peace of mind.

"I’m looking for what a storm chaser misses — stuff they’re not thinking about because they just want to sell you a new roof. I want to be the guy who helps you make the right call. If your roof still has life in it, I’ll say that. If it needs work, I’ll show you where and why." – Adam, Owner
Adam’s Inspection Approach
Owner, Absolute Roofing Solutions

"I’m looking for what a storm chaser misses — stuff they’re not thinking about because they just want to sell you a new roof. I want to be the guy who helps you make the right call. If your roof still has life in it, I’ll say that. If it needs work, I’ll show you where and why." – Adam, Owner
Adam doesn’t walk into your yard with a clipboard and a script. He climbs up, looks close, takes pictures, and takes his time. What sets him apart is how he sees the big picture — not just the obvious damage, but the things that could cause trouble six months or six years from now.
What Happens After the Inspection?
- Walk you Through What we Found — With pictures, not pressure.
- Explain What’s Working and What’s Not — From materials to structure to ventilation.
- Recommend Repairs, Replacement, or Simple Monitoring — Based on what’s best for your home.
- Give you a Written Estimate — If work is needed, with options and financing info.
We’re here to help you make an informed decision, not rush you into something you’re not ready for.
